Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund is provided if booking cancellations are made 2 weeks or more prior to the check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the check-in date, but more than 7 days in advance, will incur a charge of 50 % of the total amount of the booking.

Full amount of the booking will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date.

In case of a full refund for cancellations, there will be a deduction of approximately 5% for payment processing charges.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
